Temizle — Terms of Use
These terms apply when you install and use Temizle. By using the app you agree to them.

- Deleting is always your decision, in your phone's own delete dialog.

1. Who offers Temizle
Temizle (net.yuroka.temizle) is offered under the developer name Yuroka by an individual developer based in Türkiye. Contact: yuroka@yuroka.net.
2. What the app does
Temizle helps you see what takes up space on your phone and choose what to remove. It works on your device and does not need an account.
3. Deleting is your decision
Temizle deletes nothing by itself. Removal happens only through your phone's own delete dialog, and only after you confirm there. Deleted items may not be recoverable, so please back up anything you want to keep. You are responsible for what you choose to delete.
4. Purchases
Some features may require a purchase, either a one-time purchase or a subscription, as shown in the store at the time. Payment, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their terms. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and an anonymous app user ID so the app can recognise what you bought.
5. Licence
You may install and use Temizle on your own devices for personal use. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
6. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy: everything runs on your device, and your photos and videos never leave it. yuroka.net/en/apps/temizle/privacy
7. Changes to the app
We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering the app. Where you have paid for something, the store's refund rules still apply.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
Temizle is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will be error-free or suit every device or situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by deletions you confirm, by loss of data that was not backed up, or by use of the app on unsupported devices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws, and of the courts of your place of residence, where they apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is on this page with its date. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept it.
