Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit yuroka.net, why, and what rights you have. The site is deliberately minimal: it has no analytics, no advertising, no forms and no user accounts.

1. Who we are and how to reach us
yuroka.net is the website of Yuroka Studio (Google Play developer name: Yuroka), an independent one-person studio based in Turkey. Yuroka Studio is responsible for the processing described in this policy under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the EU, acts in line with the GDPR. Its apps are published on Google Play under the developer name Yuroka. Contact and data requests: yuroka@yuroka.net.
2. What the site does not collect
The site has no analytics tools, no advertising or tracking networks, no contact or sign-up forms, no user accounts and no comment sections. We do not build profiles of visitors, and the site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts, images, video thumbnails and music files are all served from yuroka.net itself, so loading a page does not contact any third party. What follows describes the limited data that is needed for the site to work.
3. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Netlify. When you request a page or file, the hosting provider keeps technical access logs, which typically include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and browser and device information. These logs are processed to deliver and secure the site and to find errors; they are not used for analytics or profiling. Netlify retains them under its own policies. The legal basis is legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Cookies and local storage
The site itself sets no cookies and does not use local storage or similar technologies on your device. Your language is part of the address (for example /en or /tr), so no cookie is needed to remember it. Because nothing is stored on your device, the site does not show a cookie-consent banner. If you choose to play a YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies or use similar storage; see section 6.
5. Music files
The music files on this site (MP3 and AAC) are played from the site's own hosting (see section 3). Playing them does not connect your browser to any additional third party.
6. YouTube thumbnails and videos
Video thumbnails are stored on yuroka.net itself, so no request goes to YouTube or Google when a page loads. A video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, only after you press its play button. From that moment YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar storage under Google's privacy policy. Tracks marked "Video only" and the YouTube channel links open youtube.com in a new tab, where YouTube's own terms apply.
7. Email and ImprovMX
Emails sent to yuroka@yuroka.net are forwarded through the ImprovMX service. ImprovMX processes your email address, the content of your message and technical details in order to deliver it to Yuroka Studio's mailbox. Your message is used only to reply to you and is kept for as long as needed for that. The legal basis is legitimate interest in answering your request.
8. Transfers abroad
Service providers such as Netlify and ImprovMX, and Google if you play a video, may be located outside Turkey or the European Economic Area and may process data there. They are subject to their own privacy policies.
9. Apps
Each of Yuroka Studio's mobile apps (published on Google Play under the developer name Yuroka) has its own privacy policy; this site policy does not cover the apps. For Zemavia: your birth data is kept only on your device (localStorage), and there is no account system, no analytics, no ads and no cookies. 10. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and, if you are in the EU, the GDPR, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information and a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Under the GDPR you may also ask for restriction of processing and data portability. Send your request to yuroka@yuroka.net and we will reply within 30 days at the latest. Because server logs are held by Netlify, requests about them may also need to be directed to Netlify. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Board) or with your local data protection authority in the EU.
11. Children
The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Since the site has no forms or accounts, children cannot submit data through it; if a parent or guardian believes a child has emailed us, write to yuroka@yuroka.net and the message will be deleted.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
