I deleted items, but no space was freed
Deleted photos and videos do not disappear right away. On iPhone they go to Photos › Albums › “Recently Deleted” (under “Utilities” on newer iOS); on some Android phones they go to the gallery trash. Empty it to free the space.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the store. iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open the purchase screen or the settings and tap “Restore purchases” (“Satın alımları geri yükle” if the app is in Turkish).
