Yuroka Studio / NAH — Privacy Policy
NAH — Privacy Policy
NAH: App Blocker helps you limit your own time in the apps you choose. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it. The short version: the apps you pick and your limits stay on your phone, and the only data that leaves it is what your subscription needs.
In short
- The apps you pick, your limits and your usage times stay on your phone.
- No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics tool of our own.
- Only purchase data leaves your phone, through Google Play or Apple and RevenueCat.
1. Who we are
NAH (package name and bundle ID net.yuroka.odak) is published under the developer name Yuroka by an individual developer based in Türkiye. You can reach us at yuroka@yuroka.net.
2. What stays on your phone
NAH keeps on your phone: your answers to the three setup questions (which apps pull you in, how many hours a day you spend on them, and what you would rather do with that time), the apps you pick, the rule for each (a daily limit or always blocked, and whether it is switched on), with NAH Pro your schedules and your strict-mode setting, the language you choose, and whether the setup is done. On Android the apps are stored by their package names. On iPhone your pick is stored as an opaque token that Apple creates; NAH cannot read the names of the apps inside it. The token is kept on the phone in the app's shared storage (an App Group) so that NAH's own Screen Time extensions can use it. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else.
3. What we do not collect
NAH has no account system, so we do not know who you are. It contains no advertising, no analytics tool of our own and no tracking. We do not collect, receive or store the apps you pick, your limits, your usage times, your answers, your contacts or your location, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
4. Android: what each permission is for
Usage access: you switch it on in Android Settings. NAH reads, on the phone only, which app is in front and how long it has been used today, so that it can stop the apps you picked when your limit is reached. While at least one rule is switched on, a small background service checks this about once a second. The information is never sent anywhere. Display over other apps: used only to open the stop screen on top of a blocked app. Notifications: while the blocker is running, Android requires a small ongoing note (“NAH is on”); you can skip the notification step. Run at start-up: if a rule is switched on, NAH starts the blocker again after the phone restarts. App list: to show you the apps you can pick, NAH asks Android for the apps that have a launcher icon; the list stays on the phone. NAH does not use the Android Accessibility Service and does not ask for access to the full list of installed apps. You can withdraw each permission at any time in your phone's settings.
5. iPhone: Screen Time
On iPhone, NAH uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) with individual authorisation only: you manage your own phone, and NAH does not supervise anyone else. Apple asks you to confirm the first time. You pick the apps in Apple's own picker; Apple's system does the counting and the blocking, and NAH only sets the choices you made. You can withdraw the permission at any time in the iPhone's Settings, under Screen Time.
6. Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple, under their own terms and privacy policies; we never see your payment details. To manage your subscription status and unlock what you bought, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes your purchase history and an anonymous app user ID. This data is not used for tracking and is not linked to your identity. RevenueCat does not receive your name, your email address, the apps you pick, your limits, your usage times or your answers from the app. As with any internet request, RevenueCat's servers also see technical request data such as the device model, operating system and app version, language, store country and IP address. Its privacy policy is at www.revenuecat.com/privacy
7. Retention
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing to keep or delete on our side. The app's own settings and your choices stay on your phone and are removed when you uninstall NAH. Purchase records are kept by Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.
8. Age
NAH is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
9. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to give you, correct or erase. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Art. 11) and, if you are in the EU, the GDPR, you can still ask whether any data about you is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Write to yuroka@yuroka.net; we answer within 30 days. Requests about purchase records can also go to Google Play, Apple or RevenueCat. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or to your local data protection authority.
10. Trademarks
NAH is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Snapchat or Reddit. These names are trademarks of their owners.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and the date above shows the last update.
