NAH — Terms of Use
These terms apply when you install and use NAH. By using the app you agree to them.
In short
- NAH is a self-control aid for your own phone, not a lock.
- Blocking one app is free. NAH Pro is a subscription through Google Play or Apple.
- Questions: yuroka@yuroka.net.
1. Who offers NAH
NAH (net.yuroka.odak) is offered under the developer name Yuroka by an individual developer based in Türkiye. Contact: yuroka@yuroka.net.
2. What the app does
NAH is a tool for limiting your own time in the apps you choose, such as social media apps. You pick the apps and set a daily limit or block them completely; with NAH Pro you can also schedule a block. When a limit is reached, or an app is set to always blocked, NAH covers the app with a stop screen (on iPhone, a screen made by Apple's Screen Time and styled by NAH). It works on your own phone, needs no account, and your choices stay on your phone.
3. Who can use it
NAH is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not use the app.
4. Your phone, your rules
You decide what NAH blocks, and you can change or switch off a rule at any time. NAH is a self-control aid, not a lock: it cannot stop you from uninstalling it, removing its permissions or using another device. It does not supervise anyone else, and you should not use it on a phone that is not yours.
5. Permissions
On Android, NAH needs usage access and display over other apps, which you switch on in Android Settings. On iPhone, it needs your approval for Apple's Screen Time. Without them it cannot stop apps. What NAH does with them is described in the privacy policy, linked in section 8.
6. Not medical advice
NAH is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The “hours a week” figure is an estimate calculated from your own answer, not a measurement. NAH makes no promise about the effect of limiting your screen time on your sleep, study, work or any other part of your life.
7. Subscription
Blocking one app with a daily limit is free. NAH Pro, the paid part, is a subscription sold through Google Play or Apple; it adds unlimited apps, schedules and strict mode. You choose a weekly or a yearly plan. The price and billing period are shown on the subscription screen and in the store before you pay. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; the weekly plan has no trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. If you cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends, you are not charged. You manage and cancel the subscription in your store account settings (in the app: Settings, Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. On a new phone, tap “Restore purchases” on the subscription screen or in Settings. RevenueCat processes your purchase history and an anonymous app user ID so the app can recognise what you bought.
8. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy: the apps you pick and your limits stay on your phone. yuroka.net/en/apps/nah/privacy
9. Trademarks
NAH is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Snapchat or Reddit. These names are trademarks of their owners and appear in NAH only so that you can recognise the apps you choose.
10. Licence
You may install and use NAH on your own devices for personal use. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
11. Changes to the app
We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering the app. Where you have paid for something, the store's refund rules still apply.
12. No warranty and limits of liability
NAH is provided “as is”. Blocking depends on your phone's system and on the permissions you give; it may stop working after a system update, and we cannot promise that every app will be blocked every time or that the app will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by an app that was not blocked, by blocking that stopped working after a system update, or by use of the app on unsupported devices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws, and of the courts of your place of residence, where they apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is on this page with its date. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept it.
