The barcode was not found
KATKI looks barcodes up in Open Food Facts, a community database. If it does not know the product, has no ingredients for it, or there is no internet connection, tap “Scan the label” and photograph the ingredients on the pack. Reading a label photo works without internet.
KATKI says it could not read the ingredients
Take a closer, clearer photo: fit the whole ingredients part in the frame and avoid glare on the text. KATKI never guesses a result, and a read that failed does not use up a free read.
How do I delete my history?
With KATKI Pro, your last 100 results are kept on your phone only. Open History in the app and tap “Clear history”. Uninstalling KATKI removes it too.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the store. iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open the purchase screen or the settings and tap “Restore purchases” (“Satın alımları geri yükle” if the app is in Turkish).
